TECHNICAL EVALUATION

Technical evaluation packet

This page collects public evidence for a technical evaluator. It is not an offer, warranty, compatibility approval, savings forecast or substitute for a device-specific rollout plan.

1. Establish the source

2. Establish the exact artifact

The Proof Protocol repository includes a public hash-verification tool. Review the code and run it in the evaluator's own environment rather than trusting a screenshot.

3. Establish release state

Treat the following as separate:

When current main is newer than a release, do not attribute later documentation or tests to the older asset.

4. Establish operational readiness

For recovery, require exact hardware identity, a current backup, stable power and rollback material. For fleet rollout, validate one unit, observe a bounded canary and continue only in limited waves after explicit gates pass. Missing telemetry or uncertain identity is a stop condition.

5. Review the correction history

Check the public correction log for lineage, serialization and structured-data corrections. Verify the current field at its source instead of copying an old summary.

6. Evidence index

7. Evaluator record

Record the access date, source URL, observed commit or version, byte size, SHA-256, decision state and unresolved questions. A reproducible HOLD is preferable to an unsupported approval.
