Verified VNISH firmware, installation guidance and fleet planning

GUIDE 01 · HARDWARE IDENTITY

Identify the control board

  1. Record the exact Antminer model from the device label or current UI.
  2. Locate the control-board platform; do not confuse it with a hashboard.
  3. Record AML/XIL/CV/BB and return to the exact-build finder.

GUIDE 02 · S21 / AML / NAND / 1.3.4

Install VNISH 1.3.4 on an S21

  1. Record the baseline and confirm Antminer S21 + Amlogic (AML).
  2. Download vnish-s21-aml-nand-v1.3.4.tar.gz.
  3. Verify SHA-256 5474fc4e3d97b0460cc95ca402752eb755199c38b1a61e3165e4d67550344b58.
  4. Follow only a tested NAND procedure for this board.
  5. Confirm first boot, pools, board/chip state, errors, temperature and fans.
  6. Keep recovery status visible before changing targets.
RECOVERY STATUS · Confirm the tested NAND recovery route for the exact board before installation
GUIDE 03 · GOVERNED CHANGE

Run a fleet pilot

  1. Capture a comparable baseline.
  2. Select a limited representative cohort.
  3. Define go, hold and rollback thresholds.
  4. Observe for an agreed window.
  5. Scale only the observed result, or return deliberately.
Build a fleet pilot brief

First boot and observation

Confirm build identity, pools, board/chip state, errors, hashrate, measured power, temperatures and fan/profile state. A universal observation window is not asserted.

Rollback and recovery

Stop → preserve evidence → select the exact recovery route → verify → recover → confirm. Board-specific route data remains unavailable.
